Details of Practice
Municipal Approvals. Ms. McNabb assists attorneys and planners with representation of owners and developers in development planning, municipal approvals, construction and environmental issues. She aids attorneys and planners in management of zoning, subdivision and site plan processes for owners/developers. She interacts with neighborhood associations, City of Austin staff, and other stakeholders throughout the development process. She also manages collection, organization, and completion of preparation materials for presentations and meetings by attorneys and planners.
