Corporate. Julia assists attorneys in general business law and transactional matters for the firm's clients.
Federal and State Tax. Additionally, Julia assists attorneys in the representation of taxpayers with respect to partnership and corporate tax planning, tax planning for real estate transactions, including like-kind exchanges, and administrative proceedings and litigation involving federal income tax controversies.
Julia also assists attorneys in all aspects of Texas state tax matters, with emphasis on Texas franchise and sales tax.
