Mr. Hotz is a partner in the firm. Previously, he was an associate with the firm and with Drenner Stuart Wolff Metcalfe von Kreisler, L.L.P. In addition, he spent 5 years with the firm of Munn & Flume in San Antonio, Texas.

Details of Practice
General. Mr. Hotz has assisted clients in all aspects of real estate projects throughout his legal career, including industrial projects, retail shopping centers, office buildings, condominiums, hotels, farm and ranch acquisitions and mixed use projects. He has represented owners and developers and landlords and tenants in all areas of the real estate industry, including leasing, acquisition, development, planning, construction and sales matters, as well as assisting clients with partnership and corporate formation. In addition, he has represented private and public mortgage lenders in various aspects of the lending industry, including document preparation and collection matters.
