Professional Experience
Mr. Smith is an associate with the firm. He was previously an associate with Drenner Stuart Wolff Metcalfe von Kreisler, L.L.P. since March 2003. Prior to and while attending law school, he served as the Committee Clerk for the Senate Health Committee, a Legislative Aide to a State Representative, and clerked for the Office of the Attorney General.

Details of Practice
Mr. Smith has assisted clients in many aspects of real estate projects including industrial projects, retail shopping centers, office buildings and mixed use projects. He has represented owners and developers and landlords and tenants in all areas of the real estate industry, including leasing, acquisition, development, planning, construction and sales matters, as well as assisting clients with partnership and corporate formation.
