Mary Allen is an associate with the firm. Previously, she was an associate with the firm of Drenner Stuart Wolff Metcalfe von Kreisler, L.L.P. Prior to November 2005, Ms. Allen was Corporate Counsel for Fired Up, Inc. where she handled real estate matters for the Johnny Carino's Italian restaurant chain. Ms. Allen had previously spent four years practicing real estate law with Graves, Dougherty, Hearon & Moody, P.C. in Austin, Texas and two years with Houston-based firm Hughes, Watters & Askanase, LLP.

Details of Practice
Ms. Allen focuses her practice on commercial real estate. Her experience includes representing clients in the acquisition, sale, development, financing and leasing of commercial properties, including shopping centers, office buildings, multi-family and mixed-use developments. She has significant experience in the drafting and negotiation of commercial leases, including ground lease agreements, in-line retail leases and office building leases. In addition, Ms. Allen assists her clients with choice of entity decisions and entity formation.
