Ms. McLaughlin is an associate with the firm. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. McLaughlin practiced with Bracewell & Giuliani, LLP in the real estate department of its San Antonio office, and in the trusts and estates department at Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy, LLP in its New York office.

Ms. McLaughlin’s practice includes representing purchasers, sellers, borrowers, developers, landlords and tenants in all types of real estate transactions, including the acquisition, disposition, financing, development, management and leasing of shopping centers, mixed use projects and unimproved land.
