Mr. Richards' represents owners, developers, landlords and tenants in all types of real estate transactions, including the acquisition, development, financing, leasing and disposition of office buildings, retail shopping centers, industrial projects, farm, ranch and recreational projects, unimproved property, and mixed use projects.
