Details of Practice
Transactional. Ms. Ogden's practice includes representing purchasers, sellers, borrowers, developers, landlords, and tenants in all types of real estate transactions, including the acquisition, disposition, financing, development, management, and leasing of shopping centers, mixed use projects, and unimproved land.

Municipal Approvals. Ms. Ogden spends a portion of her time helping the firm's owner/developer clients obtain necessary municipal approvals for their projects. She has familiarity with municipal, county, state, and federal ordinances and laws impacting property rights.
