Professional Experience
Mr. Donisi is a partner in the firm. Previously, he was a partner with Bickerstaff, Heath, Smiley, Pollan, Kever & McDaniel, L.L.P. in Austin. In addition, Mr. Donisi served as General Counsel, Jurisprudence Committee of the Texas Senate (1999); Chief of Staff to the Honorable Rodney G. Ellis, Texas State Senator (1995-1997) and Special Assistant to the Governor, Office of the Governor of Texas (1991-1995). He has been named a “Texas Rising Star ‘Super Lawyer’” by Texas Monthly and Law & Politics magazines (2004, 2005 and 2006). He is a former president of the board of the Heritage Society of Austin and received the Sue and Frank McBee Visionary Award from the organization for furthering the cause of historic preservation in Austin.
