Mr. Donisi is an associate in the firm. Previously, he was a partner with Bickerstaff, Heath, Smiley, Pollan, Kever & McDaniel, L.L.P. in Austin. In addition, Mr. Donisi served as General Counsel, Jurisprudence Committee of the Texas Senate (1999); Chief of Staff to the Honorable Rodney G. Ellis, Texas State Senator (1995-1997) and Special Assistant to the Governor, Office of the Governor of Texas (1991-1995). He has been named a “Texas Rising Star ‘Super Lawyer’” by Texas Monthly and Law & Politics magazines (2004, 2005 and 2006).
