Mr. Wilems has assisted purchasers, sellers, borrowers, developers, landlords and tenants in all types of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing and development of office buildings, mixed-use projects, retail projects, apartments and un-improved land. Mr. Wilems has also represented mortgage lenders in the negotiation and documentation of various financing transactions.
