Adam P. Rabinowitz is an associate with the firm. Prior to joining the firm in January 2006, he practiced real estate law with Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP in San Antonio.

Mr. Rabinowitz represents local, regional and national real estate developers and companies whose cutting edge projects help shape their communities and implement positive changes to enhance the lifestyles of their residents. Mr. Rabinowitz focuses his practice on real estate transactions including the acquisition, development and leasing of retail shopping centers, industrial business parks, office projects,grocery stores, mixed-use projects and multi-family projects. His representation has involved many recognizable commercial developments in the Austin and San Antonio metropolitan areas along the IH-35 Corridor and includes urban developments in San Antonio's integral hospitality industry and the extension of the San Antonio River Walk.
