Adam P. Rabinowitz is an associate with the firm. Prior to joining the firm in January 2006, he practiced real estate law with Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP in San Antonio.

Details of Practice
Mr. Rabinowitz’s practice includes representing a number of well-known real estate developers primarily with the acquisition, development and leasing of retail shopping centers, industrial business parks, office projects, grocery stores and multi-family projects. His representation has involved many recognizable commercial developments in the Austin and San Antonio metropolitan areas along the I-H 35 Corridor and in San Antonio’s booming north side.
Mr. Rabinowitz’s work includes the acquisition of key properties in connection with urban developments in San Antonio’s integral hospitality industry.
