We also have extensive experience in the negotiation of complex organizational agreements between developers and their equity sources, including partnerships, limited liability companies and other forms of participating development agreements. Our transactional real estate practice includes representation of both landlords and tenants in a variety of office, light industrial, retail and restaurant leases, as well as major retail end-users in their market expansion programs involving both acquisition and leasing of new locations.
